Events Manager
We are delighted to work with a leading corporate organisation, who seek to recruit an experienced Senior Events professional to lead their in-house events events team, joining a broader marketing team of 20 professionals the ideal Events Manager will have prior corporate events leadership experience.
This role is being offered on a 12-month basis, with a February 2025 start. The company offer a strong package and great hybrid working policies, 2 days onsite in Dublin city centre.

Leading a team of 5, you will be responsible for -
- Planning and executing a comprehensive programme of events and sponsorships, ensuring seamless delivery and impact.
- Leading a hospitality programme to enhance client experiences and drive value.
- Innovating event concepts, branding, and delivery, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Managing and developing a team of event professionals, aligning efforts with strategic priorities.
- Building relationships with stakeholders and partners to identify sponsorship opportunities.
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion principles are embedded in all activities.
- 7+ years of event management experience, with 3+ years in a senior role.
- Proven expertise in delivering impactful events and managing budgets, suppliers, and communications.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with hybrid/virtual events and social media promotion.
