Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business heads to design and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Manage full-cycle marketing campaigns, including digital, PR, events, and sponsorships.
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and businesses.
- Lead content creation for digital, social, print, and public relations channels.
- Champion CRM system development for data-driven decision-making.
- Build media relations to enhance brand reputation.
- Conduct market research to inform strategies and competitive positioning.
- Manage the marketing budget to deliver impactful, on-budget campaigns.
- Define KPIs, assess campaign performance, and report on ROI.
- Drive employer brand marketing strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 8–10 years’ + experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in B2B and B2C.
- Proven expertise in integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing trends.
- Strong CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in media relations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, large budgets, and external agencies.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
