Manager - Digital Media Alternatives are delighted to partner with Champion Europe as they build out their marketing function from their Dublin 15 office. Reporting to the head of marketing, and working closely with a newly recruited local marketing team in Dublin the successful Manager - Digital Media will be responsible for spreading the Champion EMEA brand identity through established and emerging media, in alignment with global strategies and in partnership with key media partners / agencies. Day to day activities include Develop organic social media strategy for brand owned social media accounts. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest & YouTube); Manage planning, execution, and reporting of social media activities; Share best practices with regional partners ensuring that brand guidelines are met, and social media regulations are respected; Audit regional PR agencies to identify key areas of opportunity and resource management; Own relationship with global media agencies, identifying strategic partners to support in communicating compelling, upper-funnel brand stories; Ensure efficient media investment by monitoring budget, delivery and key KPIs, proposing campaign optimizations where necessary; Own relationship with global marketing teams to align on key product launches, communication moments, and campaign planning; Identify ways to tailor the global brand strategy for the EMEA market, ensuring that the unique brand image is consistent and coherent across all media channels and geographies; Provide regional teams with distribution and execution guidelines/materials (i.e. campaign toolkits, media plans, press releases, etc.) to guarantee marketing/product launches are implemented in line with global standards. Requirements Bachelor’s or advanced degree/training in Business, Marketing, Digital, Communications or a related field. Solid understanding of digital channels: web, mobile, email, text, search and social. Minimum of 4 – 5 years direct experience on digital solutions to meet business needs/goals. Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends. Strong understanding of digital analytics, metrics, and voice of the customer research with the ability to interpret and to make key decisions. Advanced proficiency in web reporting and analytics tools. Full professional proficiency in English.
