Our client, a start up organisation based in Ballymount, Dublin 22 are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their team of 3, reporting into a Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in b2c marketing, experience across retail markets is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans in line with business objectives.
- Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website updates, blog posts, case studies, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing and communications materials.
- Manage internal communications platforms and support engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and messaging.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing and communications role.
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
