Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Working closely with Retail Sales Managers, leading on traditional marketing activities for instore promotional, building brands in local communities etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver impactful promotional campaigns.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Oversee the creation of engaging content across various platforms to enhance the brand’s presence.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment.

Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tools, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
