Alternatives are delighted to partner with Focus Capital Partners, who are a leading Irish boutique corporate finance firm, with strong international partnerships, particularly in the US. Specialising in advisory services across sectors like Food & Agri, Technology, Engineering, and Healthcare. They are now looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Manager to build brand presence and drive marketing efforts.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, promoting transactions, and positioning the business unit leaders as thought leaders. This is a strategic, hands-on role working closely with the leadership team and managing external relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand visibility across sectors.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Promote transactions on LinkedIn, create engaging content, and support pitches with impactful marketing materials.
  • Media Relations: Build relationships with media and secure coverage in niche sectors, handling press releases and corporate announcements.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute client events, managing all logistics and leveraging our brand ambassador at key events.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with US partners to develop cross-border marketing initiatives.
  • Internal Support: Support leadership with marketing collateral for pitches and client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing within corporate finance, professional services, or a B2B environment.
  • Skills: Proven strategic thinking, expertise in digital marketing (especially LinkedIn), and media relations. Experience in event management and creative design (PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Traits: A self-starter with strong communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with international partners.
