Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading global organisation with a b2b focus are seeking an experience Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid advertising to join their ambitious marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will develop and execute impactful campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms to drive results and elevate our brand presence. You will enjoy leading on creative advertising campaigns, working with the in house design team and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Campaigns: Strategize, create, and optimise paid social and search campaigns to meet KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging and integrate campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting: Analyse data, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on trends, implement best practices, and lead A/B testing.
  • Budget Management: Monitor spend to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. CRM experience (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strengths: Strategic, creative, and detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
