Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for product innovation? We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a forward-thinking Product Development & Innovation Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and refine a world-class fund range that meets evolving client needs and drives innovation in financial solutions.
Dublin city centre located, hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success and relevance of the product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Innovation & Strategy: Drive product innovation by collaborating with product managers and implementation teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the design, development, monitoring, and reshaping of the fund range, ensuring products align with customer needs, distribution priorities, and profitability goals.
  • Market Insights: Leverage business intelligence to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
  • Product Communication: Manage communication efforts related to product enhancements, fund reshapes, mergers, and liquidations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to deliver seamless product integration and implementation.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed product specifications, presentations, and reports to inform senior management and stakeholders.
Your Background:
We’re looking for a driven and creative individual with:
  • Qualifications: A degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar role ideally within financial services.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical abilities with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
    • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
