As a Product Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success and relevance of the product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Innovation & Strategy: Drive product innovation by collaborating with product managers and implementation teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
- End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the design, development, monitoring, and reshaping of the fund range, ensuring products align with customer needs, distribution priorities, and profitability goals.
- Market Insights: Leverage business intelligence to identify industry trends and product opportunities.
- Product Communication: Manage communication efforts related to product enhancements, fund reshapes, mergers, and liquidations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other business units to deliver seamless product integration and implementation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed product specifications, presentations, and reports to inform senior management and stakeholders.
We’re looking for a driven and creative individual with:
- Qualifications: A degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in product development or a similar role ideally within financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities with a flexible, problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
- Mindset: A curiosity about asset management and a willingness to learn and adapt.
