I am delighted to have joined the Alternatives team. Having graduated with a BA in Digital Marketing, I appreciate the increasingly critical role that technology and data play within marketing today and this is an area I am passionate about.

I have worked in recruitment since 2016, having previously come from an account management background. I began recruiting across the IT sector and progressed into a management role. I have worked across a range of industries and have led teams working for national and international clients across a variety of specialisms, including IT, HR, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

My aim is to deliver a best-in-class service to both our clients and candidates and to ensure that we are always aligning client's requirements with our candidate’s career ambitions.

My advice to anyone who wants to succeed, is from the outset of your career, commit to a progressive and continuous improvement mindset. Stay current on trends and market developments and follow influencers and experts in your field.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Lead to join a B2B energy distributor as part of their marketing team. The E-Commerce Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for the website product roadmap that will unify the full range of products and services to optimise user experience and revenues.
