Job description
A leading energy solutions company is seeking a Channel Marketing Lead to join the marketing team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales through our nationwide branch network. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs. Hybrid 2 days a week on site.

- Design and execute channel marketing strategies to maximise product distribution and sales through the branch network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and branch managers to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
- Develop channel-specific marketing materials, including sales tools, promotional campaigns, and training resources.
- Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics to optimise marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
- Work with category managers to develop and implement comprehensive product marketing promotions.
- Collaborate on product launch plans, including timelines, promotional materials, and training for sales teams.
- Collaborate with all the marketing team to ensure an integrated approach to product offerings.
- Work with sales teams to participate in trade shows, industry events, and webinars to promote products and engage with customers and partners.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis for senior management.
- Ensure in-branch product displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions, in a way that maximizes visibility and encourages customer engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and channel dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
