Marketing Manager
Job description
Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis within a growing Irish-owned organisation The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable setting the marketing vision and rolling up their sleeves to drive results across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
This role will involve brand management, digital marketing, content creation, employer branding, competitor analysis, and event management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with HR and other departments ensuring that marketing efforts support business growth, recruitment, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Ensure a strong brand presence across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Oversee all content marketing efforts, including social media, website management, and email campaigns.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital assets, physical branding, and internal communications.
- Work closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to create compelling, on-brand content.
- Manage the company’s social media strategy, driving engagement and audience growth.
- Monitor and analyse competitor marketing activities, identifying opportunities to refine and improve our positioning.
- Partner with HR to develop employer branding campaigns, supporting talent attraction and recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure on-site branding reflects the company’s identity and values.
- Plan and execute corporate events, industry functions, and brand activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a blend of strategic and executional expertise.
- Proven experience in both digital and traditional marketing, including social media, content, branding, and events.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, sales, and design teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in the construction or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
