We are partnering with an exciting Art based organisation, who are currently looking for a passionate and creative communictions professional to join their team on a 3 - month fixed term contract, from June - Sept 2024. 

This role is hybrid and you will be required to be on site in Dublin 2 - 2 - 3 days per week.

In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic communication campaigns that engage our target audience and amplify our brand message. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content across various channels, fostering positive relationships with media outlets, and supporting our overall communication goals.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop creative and engaging content (press releases, social media posts, website copy, etc.) aligned with our brand voice and communication strategy.
  • Research and identify relevant media outlets and influencers to build relationships and secure placements.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
  • Track and analyze the performance of communication campaigns and recommend adjustments.
  • Assist with media inquiries and press releases.
  • Support the development and execution of communication plans for internal and external audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a creative communications role (agency or in-house).
  • A strong understanding of communication principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
