Shopper Marketing Executive
Job description
Join a dynamic and expanding Marketing team as a Shopper Marketing Executive for a much-loved Irish retail brand. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive self-starter to contribute to creating seamless in-store customer experiences while gaining valuable marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Store Communications: Develop and implement in-store communication materials and POS (point-of-sale) solutions, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and customer-friendly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for the customer by ensuring all in-store communications align with their needs and create a seamless shopping journey.
- Brand Consistency: Work with the Brand team to maintain consistent communication of the Woodie’s brand in-store. Develop and enforce supplier branding guidelines to enhance store presence.
- Retail Media & Innovation: Support the Shopper Marketing Manager in exploring digital POS solutions, in-store activations, and retail media opportunities.
- Fixture & Store Design: Deliver impactful fixture designs and in-store navigation that align with category objectives and brand guidelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with commercial, operations, and online teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Store Visits: Regularly visit stores nationwide to support refits, assess in-store needs, and ensure communications are effectively implemented.
- Budget & Agency Management: Manage budgets, supplier quotes, and POs, and work with agencies on design, print, and experiential projects.
Experience & Qualifications
- Retail or FMCG Background: 2-3 years of experience in shopper marketing, retail, or FMCG in a similar role.
- In-Store POS Expertise: Strong knowledge of POS materials such as offer signs, in-store branding, FSDUs, and navigation tools.
- Store Branding: Experience in managing supplier branding, external signage, and store presence enhancements.
- Creative Briefing: Skilled in briefing creative agencies, particularly for print materials and large-format designs.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Bonus Experience: Brand management and experience with store refits are advantageous.
