We’re looking for a dynamic and highly driven Account Manager to join the growing team. Location: Ranelagh, Dublin (Full-time, Office-Based)

What You’ll Do
  • Manage marketing & design projects from initial briefing to final execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Act as the key liaison between clients and creative team, translating their vision into compelling campaigns.
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with client goals, including branding, content, digital marketing, and web development.
  • Grow your client accounts, identifying opportunities to pitch new ideas and expand existing relationships (20% of the role).
  • Oversee campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies and present measurable outcomes.
  • Lead client presentations with confidence, delivering creative proposals and performance reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, marketing, and web development.

What We’re Looking For
 
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally with 2+ years in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and web development.
  • A natural problem-solver, able to diagnose marketing challenges and present solutions effectively.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills – confident in managing client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to identify and pitch for new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a bonus!
