As a Regional Development Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting volunteer-led fundraising efforts across the Eastern region of Ireland. - Build and nurture relationships with local volunteer fundraising Branches.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Branches, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Partner with volunteers to coordinate successful fundraising events and campaigns.
- Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to empower them in achieving their goals.
- Create and manage engaging social media content to boost awareness and engagement.
- Own income targets, track fundraising activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Research and develop innovative fundraising opportunities tailored to Branch needs.
- Experience: A proven background in sales, project management, or fundraising.
- Self-Starter: Independent and innovative with a talent for forging lasting community relationships.
- Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking, time management, and planning capabilities.
- People Person: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate volunteers.
- Results-Driven: A flair for business development and a track record of achieving goals.
- Communication Pro: A skilled storyteller who can connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally work evenings or weekends.
