Social Media & Community Manager

Our client, a leading sports fashion brand are searching for a passionate Social Media & Community Manager to join their newly developed European Marketing Team.

The successful candidates will be the architect of their social media strategy, crafting content that ignites brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. You'll also be the advocate for their online community, fostering a positive and engaging environment for their audience.
Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategist: Develop & implement a killer social media strategy to achieve marketing goals.
  • Content Maestro: Create, curate, and manage captivating content that reflects brand voice.
  • Community Champion: Build strong relationships with online audience and manage online communities.
  • Data Detective: Analyse social media insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest social media trends and tools into strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (think social media wiz!)
  • Proven experience growing and engaging online communities (show your magic touch!)
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and a keen eye for detail (because typos are a no-go!)
  • Social media savvy (understanding platforms, audiences, and best practices is key!)
  • Creative problem-solver with strategic thinking and tactical execution skills (think chess, not checkers!)
  • Passion for Sports & Lifestyle (bonus points if you know the latest trends!)

This role is hybrid with 3 days onsite in the office in Blanchardstown and 2 days remote. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Social Media Specialist to join a rapidly expanding team European team.
