As they continue to expand our presence in the market, they seek a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Brand Strategy and Creative Content to join our dedicated Marketing team.
As Senior Manager, Brand Strategy and Creative Content you will oversee the strategic direction, positioning and growth of the Champion EMEA brand. You will be responsible for managing brand strategy, launching Brand marketing processes, stakeholder relations and driving innovative brand marketing initiatives to achieve Champion EMEA’s business goals.
The position will report to the Head of Marketing and will be based at Champion Products Europe LTD premises in Dublin, Ireland. (Hybrid 3x times a week in office)
Day to day activities include
Lead, execute, and supervise marketing efforts across Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce channels in EMEA.
Collaborate with Product Categories and Regional Sales Teams to ensure consistent global branding for Champion.
Develop strategies and content to elevate Champion's brand positioning and enhance market performance in the EMEA region.
Initiate and execute innovative marketing strategies across traditional and new media platforms to boost brand exposure.
Work with creative and media agencies to implement cutting-edge marketing practices for Champion's campaigns.
Manage Champion's presence on relevant social media platforms, driving lead generation, ROI, click-through rates, and consumer engagement through personalized activities.
Create and oversee retail events and direct marketing strategies, including in-store initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer interaction.
Ensure timely achievement of seasonal Go-To-Market calendar milestones and team timelines.
Manage Champion's marketing budget.
Develop seasonal and annual sales programs, forecast sales volumes, and profits aligned with Champion EMEA's business plan.
Requirements
10 years of experience in brand management/communication, social media strategy and sponsorship roles in global companies.
Strong understanding of the marketing landscape within the global sportswear market.
Experience in budget management and goal-driven planning.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit to drive initiatives forward.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to forecast sales volumes and interpret market trends effectively.
