Job description

Our client, a leading national gaming and fundraising organisation are engaging in a largescale project to overhaul their brand in the local market.

We are delighted to partner with them in recruiting for 3 roles – which will be offered on an 18-month contract basis initially. Ideally to start September 2024.

Joining a marketing team of 10, reporting to the Head of Brand, these roles will be based from a Dublin 1 office location, hybrid working applies 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Senior Brand Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building iconic brands?
Joining a team of 4, this Senior Brand Manager will lead brand strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving brand awareness, preference, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
  • Manage advertising and media budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
  • Track brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in brand management and marketing leadership.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience, ideally in consumer branding required.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
