Proposition Manager
Job description
Are you a seasoned marketer with 5 years of experience in proposition ideation, design, and development? Our client a leading international utilities organisation are looking for a Proposition Manager to join their Consumer Marketing Team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable and profitable acquisition for consumer markets.
Based in Sandyford you will work a hybrid week, 2 – 3 days on site and the rest remote. You will join a team of 12 and have previous experience operating at a managerial level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and tailoring of new/existing propositions to meet customer needs
Own the choice of locations for marketing activities and roll-out strategy
Coordinate inputs across networks, customer proposition, strategy execution, and more
Manage delivery timelines and troubleshoot performance issues
Support in securing approvals through relevant governance processes
Drive commercial success, acting as the Consumer Segment point of contact for third-party relationships
Regularly report performance and contribute to best practice adoption within the organization
Requirements
5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on proposition ideation
Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to deliver under pressure
Degree level education or compensating work experience
Utility / telecom industry experience is a plus
Solid communication and presentation skills
Project planning and organizational skills
