Marketing Manager - B2B
Job description

Our client a leading Irish company, specialising in company reward and recognition programme are sourcing a marketing manager to support their expansion across UK and European markets.
Reporting to the CEO, based from a D2 office, onsite 3 days, remote 2 days.
What you will do
• Be the central figure in shaping marketing initiatives across all products, target audiences, and markets.
• Utilise cutting-edge lead generation and content creation tools to achieve ambitious growth goals.
• Collaborate with a select group of marketing specialists to execute impactful strategies.
• Craft and manage integrated marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio (including lead generation, database marketing, events, social media, advertising, and more).
• Develop captivating in-house marketing materials (think brochures, presentations, and visuals) using user-friendly tools like Canva.
• Oversee our content marketing program, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content across various formats (web pages, blogs, ebooks, videos, etc.).
• Identify, evaluate, and manage agency partnerships.
• Negotiate with media outlets to secure optimal advertising placements.
• Train and guide marketing interns, paving the way for a future marketing team.
• Partner with the CEO and external agencies for comprehensive marketing strategy and planning, including budgeting and campaign evaluation.
Who You Are:
• A highly motivated individual with a primary honors degree or a higher qualification.
• Possess at least 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a similar SMB environment.
• Have a proven track record of success in implementing lead generation campaigns.
