Alternatives are delighted to be working with a leading Construction and Engineering company to hire aMarketing Manager. This is a newly created role aiding the expansion across Ireland, the UK and Europe. This is a full time permanent role, based in West Dublin and working a hybrid model (ideally 4 days onsite).
As marketing manager, you will own all digital, web, content and social campaigns. The role is broad and varied and so we are seeking a strong 360 marketeer with great digital abilities. In this role, you be able to support the growth and new market development strategy through modern marketing techniques.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Act as point of contact and executor of all digital/content marketing tasks and projects
• Develop the content plan using modern marketing best-practice
• Execute the content marketing plan and strategy
• Identity, evaluate and adopt new marketing tools and ways of working that benefit the business
• Execute the plan across digital and web channels, systems and tools
• Manage and monitor shop windows including website, social and content development
• Ensure effective maintenance and availability of all digital assets internally
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to drive marketing projects through to completion e.g. partners in marketing, website, graphics, videography, photography, suppliers etc.
• Monitor key industry trends, audience changes/demands, and key competitor activity
• Take ownership of performance insights and reporting to measure and assess business impact and performance
• Identify new strategic partners and service providers to support the growth of the digital capability and function
• Ensure repositories are updated with correct assets, content and messaging at all times
• Own messaging and copywriting and execution on digital platforms and content
• Build and execute staff and client communications
Skills and Experience:
• 6+ years marketing execution, ideally B2B, with strong capability, digital and content
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Strong copywriting, content and wordsmith skills, prior experience in storytelling and thought leadership is advantageous
• Strong appreciation and interest in branding, brand identity and consistent implementation
• Up to date in content, digital/social channels and new techniques
• Ability to multitask, take direction and develop and see through digital projects
• Strong organisation, time-keeping and support skills working with marketing/sales colleagues
• A resilient, diligent, energised and proactive attitude and ethos is essential for our environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for the role
