Are you a passionate storyteller with a flair for internal communications?
Our client are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their team of 6. You will work to strengthen this leading organisation’s internal brand and culture. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering engaging content that inspires and motivates a range of local and international employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content for internal newsletters, intranet, and company-wide communications.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Manage internal social media channels to foster community and collaboration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Track and analyse the impact of internal communications programs.
- A proven track record of delivery in an internal communications role, ideally from a large international corporate or from within an agency environment where you have worked on internal communication plans for large scale multinational clients.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of internal communications best practices.
- Experience with employee engagement programs and event planning.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
