Property Marketing Executive
Our client a leading public sector organisation are currently looking to recruit for an experienced senior marketing executive with 2 – 3 years’ experience in property to join their strategic property management division.

This is a hybrid role with excellent flexibility, you will be required to be onsite 2 – 3 times per week in the office in Athlone, you may also be required to visit sites in the mid / west of Ireland, a full clean drivers licence is required.

You'll be joining an existing team in the Property Division, where you will work with clients across various sectors, including Technology, Lifesciences, International Financial Services, Engineering, and the Green Economy. You will engage with clients, negotiate transactions, collaborate with third party partners, and present innovative property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and gather suitable property solutions for clients.

  • Assist in creating client itineraries and support regional promotion efforts.

  • Prepare and present proposals to management and committees.

  • Develop and Support marketing initiatives for the programme

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

  • Utilize technology for effective property marketing.

  • Embrace continuous learning and development.

  • Be flexible and open to additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Relevant third-level qualification and equivalent experience in the Property Market.

  • Full clean driving license.
