Media Lead
As the Media Lead, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive the implementation and monitoring of comprehensive media strategies (online and offline) to achieve business KPIs.
You will oversee digital media activities, including programmatic display, PPC, and VOD, optimizing campaigns to enhance ROAS. Additionally, you will collaborate with the media agency to define display strategies, continuously seeking improvements in measurement, optimization, and commercial outcomes.
Your role will involve evaluating campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders, and forecasting the commercial impact of campaigns. Leading weekly media WIP calls and media QBRs, you will identify marketing trends and innovative opportunities, as well as potential media partnerships aligned with business goals. Contributing to advertising and creative briefs for partner agencies and media measurement studies, you will work cross-functionally to secure approval of all assets.
Job Responsibilities
Education
Honours degree in marketing or equivalent 3rd level qualification
Experiences
3 years+ experience in a similar role, although experience doesn’t have to be limited to Insurance and/or Financial Services sectors.
Experience in executing and reporting on offline media activity with strong knowledge of media planning metrics
Experience working with external agency partners
Competencies
Comprehensive understanding of the different digital media channels and experience in campaign execution and optimisation
Candidate must be commercially aware and detail-oriented with experience in campaign reporting and be able to derive insight from data
The position requires someone who will focus relentlessly on efficiency and media ROI
Candidate must be a self-motivated person who can work with a team and drive projects individually
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
