CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
Job description
Alternatives are delighted to be working with one of Irelands leading digital marketing agencies to hire aCRM & Marketing Automation Specialist. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office and a competitive salary.
We are looking for someone with CRM and automation experience that has managed their own campaigns and used Klaviyo. You will be auditing clients marketing activities in order to develop their marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Audit email campaigns, identifying strengths and weaknesses
• Develop email strategies in ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters etc.
• Execute effective list segmentation strategies
• Maintain customer lists and databases
• Plan, design and build automated flows and campaigns
• Write compelling email copy & design engaging email templates
• Manage campaign performance, optimisation and reporting
• Understand the impact of changes in the digital landscape including third party cookies and data privacy legislation
• Communicate strategy, project progress and results to clients and teammates
• Responsibility for finding opportunities for new and existing clients to generate business growth through email
• Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
Experience
• 2+ year experience managing email campaigns & automations
• Klaviyo knowledge of the capabilities of the platform
• Experience working with additional recognised email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor etc.)
• Experience with Google Analytics and dedicated email reporting tools
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs product suites
• BSc/BA degree in the field of marketing/advertising, business or related.
• Experience in any other digital marketing areas (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO)
• Experience working in an agency environment will be considered a plus
