Research Manager – Consumer Research – 12 month FTC.
Our client a leading national consumer brand are looking to recruit an experienced Research Manager to join their marketing team. Reporting to the CMO this role will suit an experienced and ambitious research marketer.

This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through robust market research. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and analysing research studies to inform strategic initiatives.

This role will be based out of Dublin or Cork, hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the marketing research plan.
  • Conduct market research studies including brand tracking, customer satisfaction, and advertising testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple research projects within budget and timelines.
  • Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a research-driven culture within the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of market research experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This role is being offered on a 12 month contract, ideally to start mid September 2024.
