Job description
Our client a leading consumer group, based in Sandyford, seek an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal applicant will thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for creating impactful marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Manager will report to a Marketing Director and manage one direct report and take full ownership to propel the clients leading brands forward.
Based in Sandyford, full parking provided, this role is being offered on a 12 month basis, the client works a hybrid model, onsite Tues – Wed – Thurs and remote Monday and Friday.
Role to commence August 2024.

Day to day duties include
- Developing strategic marketing plans for all business units, aligned with overall growth objectives.
- Overseeing CRM strategy and executing targeted campaigns for each brand.
- Activating sponsorships and partnerships, maximising brand exposure.
- Managing media relations and collaborating with agencies to explore new opportunities.
- Working with manufacturers to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
- Generating reports and analysing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Overseeing all digital campaigns and support the digital marketing team on social media channels, including content creation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of success in a senior marketing role, ideally with 5 – 6 years’ plus experience, prior leadership experience essential.
- Ability to think strategically and commercially, identifying customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Skilled marketing strategist with a knack for inspiring creativity and enthusiasm.
- Experience managing relationships with agencies, suppliers, and customer groups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Delivers results within deadlines.
