We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Specialist to join a dynamic industry leader committed to driving growth and engagement. This role is pivotal in enhancing online presence and driving member acquisition and retention. Website management is a prerequisite.
Hybrid role with offices located in Dublin City Centre.
You will be instrumental in executing the digital strategy, optimising the website, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Optimize website content and structure for improved SEO and user engagement.
- Manage and update the website and member portal to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and compelling.
- Lead on web-related projects and improvements, working across departments to gather technical requirements, develop specifications for the external agency or implementing directly.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Analyse website performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and website management leading on busy, public-facing website(s).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Passion for digital innovation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Graphic design or basic coding like HTML, CSS would be a big bonus
- Project management highly desirable
- Experience of membership portals would be an advantage.
