You'll be responsible for a specific product category, leading all aspects of its lifecycle from analysis and planning to execution and optimization.
What you will do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Manage supplier relationships to negotiate favourable contracts and ensure product quality.
Lead new product development initiatives and manage product lifecycles.
Develop and oversee promotional plans and pricing strategies to drive sales.
Analyse category performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to achieve common goals.

What you need to do the job:

Strong commercial experience in category management within a FMCG sector
Category strategies that deliver growth.
Proven track record of strategic customers management
Proficient in excel and comfortable working with large amounts of data and category software and portals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
