About the Role:
Our client a leading consumer organisation are seeking a driven and experienced Loyalty Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving member engagement and building strong partnerships through effective CRM strategies and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven CRM strategy to achieve program objectives.

Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive communication plan across various channels (web, email, social media, etc.)

Manage and analyse campaign performance, providing valuable insights to improve program effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and deliver successful loyalty and partnership programs.

Identify and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing customer communication programs.

Proven track record in loyalty program management and CRM marketing.

Strong understanding of customer journey and touchpoints with a customer-centric mindset.

Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Based on site in Dublin North 2 – 3 days per week, rest of the week flexibility to work remotely. This role is being offered on a 6 month contract basis initially, candidates should be available to start relatively quickly.
