I’m thrilled to step into my new role as Talent Delivery Lead at Alternatives. Since joining the Brightwater Group in 2015, I have been dedicated to driving operational efficiency, optimising systems, and ensuring data accuracy across the group. Now, I am excited to bring that expertise to Alternatives, where I’ll be focusing on creating a seamless recruitment experience for our candidates.

In this role, I will be engaging with candidates to understand their aspirations, building strong relationships, and connecting talent with the right opportunities. Whether it is providing resourcing support, guiding candidates through the process, or helping them take the next step in their careers, I am passionate about creating a seamless and personalised experience for everyone I work with.

I am eager to collaborate with the incredible team at Alternatives to continuously improve our processes, enhance the candidate journey, and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
