Alternatives have developed a business model that satisfies a key client need - to be able to tap into expert resource when needed to fill a particular resource gap. A key part of the success of this model is the quality of people they provide to clients, and to date I have had my expectations either fully met or exceeded - and these expectations have been pretty high! I am also reassured by the knowledge that the management team at Alternatives have clearly identified this as a key driver of their success and work hard at delivering the right calibre of people to each placement.
