She is a strategic planning expert, with experience in advanced international strategic business planning processes, based on on data and insights. She can take a helicopter view, ask the right questions and result in optimal performance.
She is very strong in the execution of marketing- she works with agencies and teams towards flawless execution.
Agency management: she can manage big agencies /agency contracts /return on investment /econometrics, working with them to drive performance. She can manage big budgets, to drive revenue, really understanding return on investment.
She is very strong on influencing stakeholders and at influencing at scale, developing factual stories for outputs, developing presentations etc.
She is available for longer term contract work and the right senior permanent opportunity.
