Website and Digital Content Manager

Our client a leading global professional services firm are looking for a Website and Digital Content Manager to join their Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, editing, optimizing, and maintaining all content on our website. They will also oversee our lead generation campaign activity via the website, manage site taxonomy and structure to provide an optimum user experience.

Based in Dublin city centre this role requires you to be in the office at least 1 day per week. This role is being offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.

Reporting to the head of digital marketing the successful candidate will be responsible for -

  • Overall project and timeline management of website growth drivers.

  • Manage, edit, optimize and maintain all content with support from writing and design team.

  • Manage the site taxonomy and structure to provide an optimum user experience and support lead generation.

  • Lead site development, growth, and inbound pipeline/lead generation activities through integrated website campaign planning, UX and User journey mapping.

  • Manage and guide website page builder with content optimization, tagging, and SEO for increased search rankings while also being a mentor for growth and development within the team from a website perspective.

  • Oversee our lead generation campaign activity via the website: management of the contact forms, CTA’s guiding on the best user experience tool integration.

  • Oversee the schedule of global thought leadership content (in association with Content team).

  • Measure, analyse and report on website performance.

  • Contribute to digital transformation projects such as intranet with global teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent

  • 5+ years’ experience in website management incorporating lead generation and SEO experience is crucial for this role. A commercial background is desirable (ideally in a B2B background).

  • Experience of AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Marketo would be advantageous.

  • Experience in data analysis to help improve performance and influence the website strategic roadmap.

  • Excellent stakeholder management in order to gain support for site strategies and editorial standards from senior stakeholders.
