If you are a Senior Marketer with at least ten years’ marketing experience and the ability to turn a novel notion into the next Big Thing, Alternatives can offer you a range of exciting and challenging assignments where you too can make your mark. Typically, these are project assignments – not unlike consultancy - where you work to deliver the specific objectives as agreed with our client. It’s a great way to use your marketing skills if you prefer not to work on Interim or are not seeking a Permanent role.

Depending on the nature of the project, you may work as an individual, or as one of a small team of experienced Alternatives marketers. We work with Ireland’s leading companies and most of the major blue-chip clients to help them solve some of their marketing issue.

 

The Alternatives consultancy approach...

...differs from the traditional marketing consultancy model. We provide our clients with access to the marketing expert rather than using a one size fits all in-house team of consultants. An Alternatives consultant works to deliver the project – not just advise clients with strategic recommendations.

This includes an interview with Alternatives Senior Management and we also insist on references plus referrals checks. The Alternatives internal team works on an on-going basis with you, the consultant, and we’re available for workshop and ideation inputs. We also manage the project outputs and timelines to ensure excellent and consistent service throughout.

Once you’re on our senior panel, we discuss potential project opportunities with you. We agree a project scope and then we get to work. That’s it in a nutshell.
